Statement of Purpose: The Pastor Relations Ministry is twofold.  First, it serves as a conduit of encouragement to and the sharing of ideas  with the Pastor as he seeks to serve as the minister to the congregation and in his working with additional staff of the church.  This ministry should encourage the Pastor to balance his time with church, family responsibilities, and personal spiritual growth.  Frequently, pastors minister to the needs of the congregation and deal with the administrative demands of church to the neglect of their personal well-being and their families.
