Nominating Ministry
Statement of Purpose: This ministry is charged by the congregation with the direction and oversight of our church staffing design, the evaluation and support of all church employees, the review and recommendation of all salary and benefit packages, and personnel policy recommendations.
Mission Statement: To ensure that spiritual
and qualified members are recommended to the church to fill all vacant church
offices.
