Statement of Purpose: The Deaconess are available to aid with the spiritual welfare of persons in the church and community; it is our goal to help women young and old in areas where there is a need for female spiritual support. We further believe that we must display our love for Christ and our neighbor. We are commissioned to the ministry of Christian service in assisting our pastor, members of our congregation and community with loyalty and dedication.

 

Mission Statement: To assist the Pastor in developing the spiritual life of the women and girls of the Church; cooperating with the Pastor and Deacon Ministry in visiting members of the Church; and assisting in the preparation and administering of the ordinances of the Church.

 

Meeting Schedule: The Saturday before the first Sunday at 10:00 AM in the Thomas Bain Chapel
