As the spiritual leader for the Men's Ministry, I assist the Senior Pastor in fulfilling the mission and vision of Mount Airy by being responsible for the spiritual health and growth that help disciple and deploy men to live for Christ in their marriages, families, work, church, world and personal lives.  This is accomplished by identifying, recruiting, developing, and mentoring to a leadership team of committed men for ministries to men; mobilize men at Mount Airy to serve and augment other ministries of the church; and develop a culture of mutual ministry and mentoring among the men ofMount Airy.
